We are so confident in our service that we offer a “Triple Your Investment” guarantee:

Pro members: If you don’t triple your investment within 6 months, we give you 6 months for free.

3x Guarantee Details

The 6-month time period is defined as 180 days of continuous, uninterrupted service starting from the first day you sign up for Pro membership.

If you have not tripled your SnapKnot Pro membership investment (minimum $899.10 for Pro members) after 180 days (Pro members) by means of bookings obtained from SnapKnot leads, then you are eligible to receive your next 180 days of Pro membership free of charge.

Eligibility

The 6-month time period for Pro members is defined as 180 days, starting from the first day you sign up for Pro membership. If you have not tripled your SnapKnot investment after 180 days by means of bookings obtained from SnapKnot leads, then you are eligible to receive your next 180 days of Pro membership free of charge.

The "triple your investment" guarantee does not apply to Starter accounts.

Our regular refund policy still applies to all members. Purchases are non-refundable, and the Triple your Investment guarantee is not a refund offer.

Customers who cancel or downgrade their Pro memberships in fewer than 180 days cannot “bank” their time for future use. If you create a new Pro account or upgrade again in the future then your 180 days will start again at 0.

Suspended accounts due to missed payments are considered inactive and will reset the 180 days to 0 if / when the account becomes un-suspended.

The 6-month guarantee was initiated on June 15, 2012. If you were a legacy Diamond member prior to this date, your 180 day window eligibility window begins on June 15, 2012.

How to Redeem

In order to request a redemption of our "triple your investment" guarantee, customers must email contact@snapknot.com with the request within 60 days after the end of the 180 day eligibility period. The free 6 months will be credited to your account after confirmation of your eligibility by SnapKnot.

At the end of your 180 day free period, your account will automatically roll over into the regular Pro membership and renew every 30 days thereafter unless you cancel or downgrade your account via your customer Dashboard.

Any customers whom SnapKnot deems in violation of our terms of service are not eligible for the guarantee at our sole discretion. The guarantee can only be redeemed once per person or studio.

All cancellations/downgrades must be done via our electronic form within your customer Dashboard. Cancellations/downgrade requests via email, telephone or live chat are not adequate means to request a cancellation or downgrade.
