Kristin Griffin has been a professional photographer for over a decade. After early experiences in a black and white darkroom sparked her passion for photography, she attended the University of Notre Dame for a BFA degree and Rochester Institute of Technology for a MFA degree in imaging arts/photography. This training, along with the practical experience of photographing numerous weddings, has given her the skills to successfully capture unique images in a variety of lighting situations. She taught black and white, digital, alternative process and studio photography at the high school, university and adult education levels for over ten years before specializing in weddings.
Her style is primarily photojournalistic and fine art based. With an eye for detail, she looks for both the planned events and the unintentional, quiet moments that make your wedding unique. It would be an honor to witness and record your special day!
