Today we are showcasing an urban engagement session in Atlanta, Georgia that was photographed by Stephen with Stephen Payne Photography. They chose to take photos at Octane Coffee, Cabbage Town and at the Jackson Street Bridge.
Here is what Stephen had to say about the couple he photographed.
“I met Ching and James while I lived in Sydney, Australia where they are both from and we became really close friends. They were not dating at the time, but everyone knew they were meant to be together, so after some long talks they took the plunge and shortly after he popped the question. I wasn’t able to be there when he asked her, so when they planned a trip to visit the USA I knew I had to take their engagement photos.
They wanted to have an urban feel to their photos with a look that would be unique for a couple from Sydney and avoid the more typical forest shoots, so I took them to some cool local spots in Atlanta. I knew they were both big fans of The Walking Dead so we had to go to the famous Jackson Street Bridge.”
Thank you so much Stephen for sharing these great urban engagement photos with us! To see more work from Stephen Payne Photography, or to talk with him more about photographing your wedding, visit him at www.stephenpaynephoto.com or on his SnapKnot profile.
