We are delighted to welcome Victoria Rodrigues Photographs to our list of San Francisco wedding photographers. Victoria likes to pay thoughtful attention to detail when she works, which results in lovely artistic wedding photos.
“Whether the shot is posed or candid, I always try to find new angles and views to enhance visual interest and capture emotion. I like bright colorful images as well as the more subtle vintage look, but I also love the look of classic black and white.”
Victoria grew up in the San Francisco bay area with her parents and her brother and sister. A tight-knit family, her parents always encouraged Victoria and her siblings to explore their creative passions. Collectively, they enjoy drawing, painting, playing the guitar, and photography. Victoria’s dad takes creativity a step further by owning a business that builds stringed instruments!
Victoria’s love for photography grew out of this nurturing environment- and perhaps a bit of genetics. Whatever the reason, she tries to be the best she can be in her work and as a person. In 2011 she married her best friend, and the man of her dreams, Kyle. They now live in Mendocino, California with their dog, Ariel, and their cat, Django-Fritz.
“I am grateful for this wonderful life and feel truly blessed by God.”
“A wedding day is a life changing moment, and your wedding photographs will be a reminder of that wonderful day for the rest of your lives. Once the I do’s are said, the final dance is danced, and the last slice of cake is eaten, the details of an artistically created photograph can evoke those precious memories.”
Victoria recommends that couples choose a photographer who will carefully listen to their ideas, with whom both parties are comfortable with, and who will strive to capture the moments of their wedding with courtesy, professionalism, and friendliness.
Some fun facts about our newest addition? She loves a good time with her family and friends. The rest of the list of things that Victoria enjoys makes it obvious that this talented photographer is never bored: reading, traveling, baking, cupcakes, tea, camping, hiking, drawing, biking, the beach, lakes, animals, and movies.
“I’ve always had a passion for good people, good times, and the creative process. It was so natural for me to pick up a camera and make memories into art.”
