Bridal Trends That Dominated The Spring 2015 Runways

Many brides today are into the recent wedding bridal trends – especially when it comes to wedding dresses. During bridal fashion week, the designers made sure to deliver on amazing bridal trends for spring 2015. And delivering some amazing trends, they sure did.

Huffington Post recently posted an article with top 6 trends that dominated the bridal runways. They took note of the trends and styles that they noticed over and over again on the runways.  We wanted to share those 6 bridal trends with you below.

Off The Shoulder

The style shown here is by Marchesa’s spring 2015 bridal collection. The off the shoulder style is very romantic and totally ruled the runways. Every woman wants to feel like a princess on her wedding day.

Illusion Backs

The bridal trend of the illusion back dress is such a sexy look, it turned every head down the runway! The look here is from Kenneth Pool’s spring 2015 collection.

Oversized Bows

According to the dress designers who incorporated bows into their latest collections, the bigger the better! The style below is from Monique Lhuillier’s spring 2015 bridal collection.

Pearl Details

Everyone loves a little bling, and the new bridal trend in bling just happens to be beautiful pearls. Pearls made MANY appearances on the runways. Pictured here is “Marlis” from Ines DiSanto’s spring 2015 collection.

Non-Traditional Colors

Many brides today embrace non-traditional colors on their wedding day and the designers have taken notes. On the runways this year were shades of green, blue, beige, pink and more! Below is a look from Monique Lhuillier’s spring 2015 bridal collection.

Lace Sleeves

Last but most certainly not least is lace sleeves. This bridal trend gained popularity when Kate Middleton wore lace sleeves at her 2011 wedding to Prince William and it does not seem to be going away anytime soon. Pictured below is a style from Carolina Herrera’s 2015 spring bridal collection.
