How it works
DIRECT INQUIRIES FROM YOUR PROFILE
Photographers can always be contacted directly from their SnapKnot listing. You receive these leads in real-time regardless of membership-type, and they do not need to be claimed and they are not limited or capped.
LEAD MATCH SYSTEM
- Couples sign up for SnapKnot and are asked if they want to save time by having photographers contact them if they match their criteria.
- Couples specify the maximum number of matched photographers that can contact them.
- ALL matched photographers will be notified via email at the time the match is made
- Matched photographers with the highest level SnapKnot membership have initial exclusive ability to claim the lead on a first-come-first served basis for the first 72 hours, until the maximum number of claims (as specified by the couple) has been reached. Lower-level SnapKnot members have the option to upgrade their account for immediate access to claim the lead.
- If the maximum number of claims has not been reached within 72 hours, then matched photographers with the next-highest level SnapKnot membership will have the ability to claim the lead.
